Before joining Seven Apart, Morgan worked at iconic French wineries, including Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Château Pétrus, and Château Haut-Brion. In Napa Valley, he trained under Winemaker Andy Erickson for 15 years and spent 6 years as a Winemaker at Marciano Estate in Napa.

With his Central Valley origins and UC Davis education, Domenick blends his family's farming heritage with a deep passion for viticulture. His hands-on experience in Napa's wineries shapes his driven, thoughtful approach to vineyard management. Domenick prioritizes quality and land stewardship, making him a perfect fit for Seven Apart.

Overseeing daily operations in the cellar, Jorge brings a wealth of knowledge. He worked previously for a decade each with David Abreu and Andy Erickson at the helm of iconic Napa wineries.

A native of Nice, France, Yannick has led the hospitality and management of some of the world's most luxurious restaurants, hotels, and wineries, including Restaurant Daniel in New York City and Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley. He manages Seven Apart, overseeing all aspects of the business.

Though Don Dady grew up in Santa Rosa, California, a career in financial services took him far from wine country and settled him in Phoenix, Arizona. Napa never let go of him, though. In 2018, he answered that call, founding Seven Apart with a clear purpose: to build a Cabernet Sauvignon house that could stand among the region's best. As proprietor, Don brings the same focus and ambition to Seven Apart today, rooted in a genuine love of exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon.

A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Juliana has been involved in hospitality for over 15 years. Half of that time was spent as a Sommelier for Oceana Cruises in international waters. She joined the team at Seven Apart in May of 2022. You will have the chance to meet Juliana when you visit the estate, as she guides our guests through our experience.
